Returns Policy
At DLAcare, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If for any reason your purchase isn’t right for you, our returns process is simple and stress-free.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as commodes, toilet seats, urinals, bedpans, incontinence products, and cushions) cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.

Return Costs
If your item is faulty or damaged, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and provide either a replacement or full refund.
If your purchase simply isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it using your own courier, or we can arrange collection at cost price.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If an item is returned used, marked, or incomplete, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect the reduced resale value.
