Every order is dispatched on a next-working-day service at no extra cost.
There is no minimum order value — we ship single items at speed.
Large or Heavy Items
A delivery charge may apply only for exceptionally large, heavy, or bulky items where couriers apply surcharges.
If this ever applies, the fee will be confirmed upfront before dispatch.
You will never be charged without prior agreement.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders received by 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
