Yes, all our products come with a full 12-month warranty. If there are any issues with your item within this period, we’ll make it right. Additionally, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for easy returns if you’re not completely satisfied.

Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery on all orders, so you can enjoy your products without any additional shipping charges.

We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days from receipt of your order.

We want you to be completely happy with your order, but if you do need to return something, our process is simple and stress-free.

  • You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as commodes, toilet seats, urinals, bedpans, incontinence products, and cushions cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll arrange a free collection and replacement or refund.

  • If your purchase turns out not to be quite right for you, you can return it easily. You’re welcome to use your own courier, or we can arrange collection at cost price.

Once we receive the item back, we’ll process your refund within 3 working days.
